The tagForms app works on phones and tablets running Android 4.4 (KitKat) or later

You can download the app from the Google Play Store

Contact your Adminstrator if you require your device password to be reset.

You will be sent a temporary password via email. Use this temporary password to gain access to the tagForms app, then change your password when prompted.

The tagForms Web Portal works in the latest version of all major browsers
